Capture

Voice-first recording built for mid-shift use. Staff speak; Lift structures it into your home's format, prompts for mandatory fields, and scores note quality. Imports from existing systems via CSV.

Intelligence

A longitudinal picture for each child — incidents, antecedents, moods, missing episodes and staffing patterns correlated over time. Early-warning alerts go to the registered manager. Lift informs decisions; it never makes them.

Drafts of incident reports, Ofsted notifications and Regulation 44/45 evidence packs — generated from your records, mapped to the Quality Standards, with every draft citing its sources and requiring human sign-off.

Frontline experience in UK children's residential and adult social care. Supervisory experience in care services in Nigeria. MSc Business Management (Distinction), University of Hertfordshire. Level 3 Diploma in care (progressing to Level 5).

I've written the incident reports at 2am. I've hunted for evidence before a Regulation 44 visit that I knew we had, somewhere, in a system nobody could interrogate. And I've seen patterns emerge in hindsight that should have been seen in foresight — every event recorded, none of them connected.

The information was always there. The intelligence never was.

Lift encodes what frontline teams and managers actually need into software that works when nobody has time to re-read forty shift logs. It's the tool I needed on shift — built properly, with specialist security review and an advisory board drawn from registered managers and inspection experience.
